• Four Deep-Dive Sessions (2 hours each): These in-depth sessions cover the landscape of birth and early parenthood:

  • The Physiology of Birth: Understanding the stages of labor and the primal wisdom of the body.

  • Comfort & Coping: Practical strategies for pain management, labor positions, and nervous system regulation.

  • Advocacy & Planning: Creating a Birth Plan that honors your sovereignty and informed consent.

  • Partner Empowerment: Guiding your partner to become the primary guardian of your sacred space.

  • Understanding postpartum: as a sacred window of recovery, bonding, and deep transformation for the mother, the baby, and the family.

  • As a new parent: How to cherish the first six weeks as a parent.

II. The Spiritual Toolkit: The Anchor

Tools to soften, surrender, and trust the process.

• Sacred Practices: Each session can include gentle birth yoga, breathwork, and guided visualizations.

• Energy Support: Includes one dedicated Full Reiki Session to harmonize the mother’s energy and connect with the baby.

• Hypnobirthing Access: Guided relaxation and fear-release audio recordings to practice at home.

III. Continuous Sanctuary

You are never alone on this path.

• Ongoing Support: Open text and voice message support throughout your pregnancy and during birth for questions, reassurance, or a grounding word.

• Resource Curation: Personalized recommendations for books, podcasts, and local birth workers to support your unique journey.
