Two Prenatal Immersive Sessions: Comprehensive birth education, comfort measures, and birth planning.
Spring Awakening Ritual (Exclusive): A specialized prenatal Reiki and guided visualization session focused on "blooming"—releasing winter’s fears and opening the body and mind to the new life ahead.
Ongoing Sanctuary Support: Continuous text/voice guidance throughout your pregnancy.
III. The Bloom: Postpartum Integration & Nourishment
Honoring your transition into motherhood with warmth and care.
The Closing Visit: Emotional debrief, physical check-in, and breastfeeding support.
Mother Care: A dedicated session for your physical and spiritual recovery. Includes Belly Binding (Vendada), a Yoni Steam Bath, and a grounding meditation with Reiki.
Nourishing Spring Kitchen: During our postpartum visit, I will prepare a warming, organic meal designed to replenish your minerals and support your recovery.
Seasonal Gift: A curated Spring Self-Care Kit (including organic botanical tea and a ritual bath soak) to nurture your recovery.

24/7 On-Call Support: Dedicated availability from 38 weeks.
Continuous Labor Presence: Unwavering in-person support and advocacy.
Holistic Comfort Measures: Use of TENS machine, birth pool, essential oils (featuring spring floral essences), and massage.
The First Golden Hours: Immediate postpartum and feeding support to anchor your new beginning.
